1. Samaritans (National/24/7 Crisis & Emotional Support)

2. Mind in Gwent (Formerly Mind Monmouthshire – Local Mental Health Charity)

•  Information, advice, 1:1 support, paid counselling, wellbeing groups, walk-and-talk, benefits advice, rural/farmers’ support, pop-in sessions.

•  Covers Monmouthshire fully; offices in Abergavenny (nearest) and Pontypool.

3. Andy’s Man Club Abergavenny (Men’s Peer Support Group)

•  Free, confidential, non-judgemental peer-to-peer talking groups specifically for men 18+.

•  Meets every Monday at 7pm (except bank holidays) – safe space to talk openly.

4. Men’s Sheds Cymru (Community Groups for Men)
